Denji was taken/adopted as a human pet by Makima (マキマ), a Public Safety officer, following the chainsaw incident. She serves as the coordinator of all conspiracies in Chainsaw Man and is subsequently identified as the Control Devil (支し配はいの悪あく魔), who has been alive for a very long time.
Denji consumes Makima’s corpse to put an end to the Public Safety Saga’s major enemy. She is the face of Chainsaw Man’s terror, power, and triumph.
