Representing the Republic of China Navy and the People’s Liberation Army Navy, the Eastern Radiance mostly consists of light ships which seem to focus on offense just like Sakura Empire ships, reflecting Imperial Japanese occupation of China during World War II and the Japanese origins of the Ning Hais. As China was one of the Allied Nations during the war, the Eastern Radiance is part of the Azur Lane alliance.
