Ninja Kamui (stylized in all caps) is an original anime television series produced by E&H Production and Sola Entertainment with executive assistance by Williams Street. It premiered in the United States on Adult Swim’s Toonami programming block in February 2024.
In the secluded expanse of rural America, amidst the tranquility of anonymity, a figure once known as Higan, a renegade from his ninja clan, dwells under the guise of Joe Logan. Yet, tranquility shatters as darkness descends in the form of relentless assassins, seeking vengeance for his treachery. In a cruel twist of fate, his family becomes the tragic casualty of this vendetta, leaving him bereaved and consumed by sorrow. With his heart now a crucible of anguish and rage, Higan sheds his guise of peace, embracing once more the mantle of the ninja. His path now etched with the blood of retribution, he embarks on a perilous journey, driven by a singular purpose: to mete out justice upon those who orchestrated his anguish, to dismantle the very foundation of the clan that once shaped him.
